INSTRUCTIONS

Listing Agreement
Instructions: Fill out as much of the form as you can. Paragraph 6A fill in the total compensation you are willing to pay to a REALTOR who brings you a buyer. It can be a % or $ amount. We suggest 2.5% to get Agents to show the property. Paragraph 7 fill in the same as 6A indicating that ALL the compensation will go to the Agent who brings you the buyer. Sign the top of page three, initial #10 and fill out the bottom of page three.

Property Disclosure
Instructions: Fill out in as much detail as possible. Anything you do not know or are unsure about just write "UNKNOWN"

Condo Disclosure
If your property is a condominium please use this disclosure instead of the "Property Disclosure" above. Instructions: Fill out in as much detail as possible. Anything you do not know or are unsure about just write "UNKNOWN"

Lead Paint Disclosure
If your residential property was built in 1977 or earlier you are required to comply with this lead paint disclosure.

Property Details
Please provide as much detail about the property as possible. Pictures, description and access instructions. Your name and phone number will appear in REALTOR remarks under contact information on the MLS listing. REALTORS wishing to show your property will contact you directly.
